Project scope includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of backup generator located at the richland creek lift station, and all other associated work required to complete all as shown and specified in the plans and contract documents. Bid Security in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Must Accompany Each Bid in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. Attorneys-in-fact Who Sign Bid Bonds, Payment Bonds or Performance Bonds Must File With Each Bond a Certified and Effective Dated Copy of Their Power of Attorney. Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises Are Solicited to Bid on This Contract as Prime Contractors and Are Encouraged to Make Inquiries Regarding Potential Subcontracting Opportunities, Equipment, Material and/or Supply Needs. No prospective contractor may withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
