Site work for a municipal facility in Lenoir, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade municipal facility.

The project involves the construction and installation of four (4) gateway signs to be located throughout the City of Lenoir. The signs will be fabricated and installed along westbound Wilkesborough Boulevard (NC-18), eastbound Morganton Boulevard Southwest (U.S. Highway 64), northbound Hickory Boulevard (U.S. Highway 321), and southbound Blowing Rock Boulevard (U.S. Highway 321) as part of the Lenoir Gateways - Phase II Project. Bids must be sealed and accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the bid, payable to the City of Lenoir. The successful bidder must comply with all Federal and State requirements regarding fair employment and treatment of employees, without discrimination by reason of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, or physical handicap.
