Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
The work consists of furnishing the Arkansas Department of Transportation with Corrugated Pipe Culvert at pricing set forth on the attached Bid Form for the period beginning January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026. Delivery is FOB - Statewide. All bidders must complete and return the Eligible Bidder Certification (Attachment A), Disclosure Form, Restriction of Boycott of Israel Certification, and Illegal Immigrant Certification issued with this bid. A Bid Bond in the amount of $500.00 is required at the time of bid opening; personal and company checks are not acceptable as Bid Bonds. Cashier's checks or Money Orders submitted as bid bonds must be physically received by Equipment & Procurement prior to the designated time of the bid opening. The bid invitation number, company name, and opening date should be clearly displayed on the sealed envelope or package. A Performance Bond in an amount to be determined by ARDOT, not to exceed $5,000.00, will be required of successful bidders prior to providing goods/services.
