Site work and new construction of a sidewalk / parking lot in Kittanning, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of the construction of a handicapped accessible entrance at 179 N. McKean Street, Kittanning, PA 16201. Bids are solicited for the Kittanning ADA Ramps project for the specified location and must be submitted via the PennBid Program. The bid package is identified as Contract TACT PA 2025-1.1GC - General Construction. State Prevailing Wage Rates apply. The project must comply with all applicable Federal and State laws, municipal ordinances, codes, and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction over the construction. The use of small businesses is encouraged. The successful bidder must comply with Non-Discrimination and Non-Collusion laws, and cannot be on the Comptroller General’s list of ineligible contractors or federally disbarred. Equal opportunity in employment, service, and contractual agreements is required. The bidder must agree to keep bids valid for at least ninety days after opening.
