Sealed proposals are being requested for 80,329 square yards of single asphalt seal coat, in place. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Municipality. A certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid must accompany the proposal, made payable to the municipality. A performance bond or certified check totaling 100% of the contract value must be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract award. The Municipality retains the right to reject any or all proposals.
