Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kittanning, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are solicited for the DCED CFA Multimodal Grant 2025 Paving Project for Armstrong County Department of Planning and Development. Bids must be submitted using forms provided by the County and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid amount, payable to Armstrong County. Bid packets are available for a non-refundable deposit and must be submitted in triplicate. All bidders and contractors must comply with Pennsylvania Act 127 of 2012 and are required to adhere to the Project Labor Agreement with the Pittsburgh Regional Building and Trades Council, AFL-CIO and Affiliate Unions for the duration of the project. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) contractors are encouraged to bid, and bidders are encouraged to use DBE subcontractors and suppliers. Bid envelopes must be clearly marked with the project name. Attendance at a pre-bid meeting is mandatory. The County reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids for any reason. Funding is partially provided by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority.
