Site work for a municipal facility in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The project consists of installation of an ornamental fence and electric sliding gates as outlined in Exhibit 'A' detailed scope of work. Bidders are required to have license C10 & C13 or B. The project includes line items and the contract will be awarded as a lump sum. The project duration is 30 working days. A bid bond of 10%, payment bond of 10%, and performance bond of 100% are required. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting. The estimated bid value is $120,000 and liquidated damages are set at $1,000. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by written Addenda.
