B In the event that you are unable to download please email sandy_castorena@kernhigh.org State law and regulations adopted by the Office of Public School Construction required that State-funded programs have participation goals of three (3) percent for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) as defined in Public Contract Code 10115.1. To be considered, a firm or person(s) is required to meet the goal or to make a good faith effort to meet the DVBE participation goals as specified in the regulations. By Richard Ruiz, Agent for the Office of Public School Construction. The Board of Trustees Kern High School District reserves the right to reject all bids and/or waive any irregularities in a bid.
