Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Carol Stream, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Western DuPage Special Recreation Association is accepting sealed bids for Parking Lot Improvements. The proposals include Bid Group #1, Bid Package #1 - Asphalt. Bidders must be pre-qualified prior to the bid due date by submitting a fully executed AIA Document A305 'Contractor's Qualification Statement' via email. The successful bidder will be required to procure and pay for a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the bid, in compliance with all Illinois public contract laws. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to at least 10% of the Base Bid must accompany the bid. All contracts are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders must comply with all applicable United States and State of Illinois laws regarding Public Works projects, including the Illinois Human Rights Act and regulations of the Illinois Human Rights Commission. The Western DuPage Special Recreation Association reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities, technicalities, and irregularities in bidding. Specifications can be viewed or downloaded electronically after submitting a request via email. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the opening without consent from the Chief Procurement Officer.
