Congdon Sewer Service is seeking qualified small, disadvantaged businesses for subcontracting opportunities for the City of Elgin - 2026 WM Improvement Projects in the areas of trucking, asphalt, and concrete. All disadvantaged businesses are required to contact Victor Gerardi in writing, by certified letter with return receipt requested, to discuss subcontracting opportunities. All negotiations must be completed prior to the posted bid opening dates.
