Scope of Work The consulting firms will be required to provide field and office surveying and mapping services on an as needed basis at the direction of various Ocean County Department Heads. These professional services will include but will not be limited, upon mutual agreement, to the following: 1. Outbound surveys. 2. Outbound surveys meeting Green Acres standards. 3. Surveys meeting the requirements of the Farmland Preservation Program and State Agriculture Development Board. 4. Roadway topography and cross sections. 5. Stream surveys. 6. Sounding and topography for NJDEP Waterfront Development Permits regarding bulkheads and dredging. 7. Centerline alignment and property monumentation for road right-of-way parcel acquisitions. 8. Any other survey work as required by the County including deed surveys, deed plottings and monumentation. 9. Right-of-Way Mapping.
