**As of January 28, 2026, bids came over budget. The project is place on hold** This project involves renovations to the existing Sparty Store . Work Under This Contract - per construction documents issued with this Bid Package. Overall summary of work is Renovation to existing Sparty Convenience Store: _ Redo wall between room 118 and 117. To allow food prepared in 118 to be passed through to patrons in room 111. _ Redo part of room 111 to allow patrons to use 110 _ New food service Equipment-RHS to provide, project to provide power, water, drains as needed _ 1)Passing food from 118 to 111 _ Health Inspector/Ingham County/Department of Ag plan review requirements. Please note the ability/challenges to meet these. _ Grease Interceptor _ Plumbing Cross Connections/ Backflow prevention _ All other Mechanical and Plumbing Codes _ Eliminate (2) existing exhaust units This Contract encompasses the furnishing of all labor, materials, services, equipment, and insurance to complete the following as shown on drawing and specified herein: Any premium time necessary to complete this project as scheduled, shall be included in the Base Bid. All pertinent requirements of the Invitation to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, and General Conditions shall form a part of these specifications and the Contractor shall consult them in detail for instructions pertaining to the work in the following divisions. Work Performed Under Separate Contracts _ New food vending serving equipment - provided by RHS (client) _ Back of house kitchen upgrades _ Ventilation and HVAC replacement/upgrades _ No new exhaust units Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. Performance and Labor and Material Bonds are required as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals either in whole or in part and to waive any irregularities. Question Deadline 12/24/2025 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to be received by the Architect
