Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a multi-residential development in Independence, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
Project includes the reconstruction and widening of Jimae Court with new asphalt pavement and concrete curb and gutters. Project also includes drainage improvements including grading and storm sewer upgrades. The City of Independence is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide the goods and/or services described herein. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Bids are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Invitation for Bid. Bids will be received until 11 AM on December 18, 2025. Project includes the reconstruction and widening of Jimae Court in the City of Independence with new asphalt pavement and concrete curb and gutters. Project also includes drainage improvements including grading and storm sewer upgrades.
