Renovation of a municipal facility in Independence, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Kenton County Fiscal Court is requesting proposals for window replacement at the Historic Independence Courthouse located at 5272 Madison Pike, Independence, Kentucky 41051. The work includes all labor, material, and equipment necessary. All materials and supplies must be new as provided by the manufacturer, delivered to the jobsite in manufacturer's original, unopened containers with seals and labels intact, dry, and undamaged. The contractor is responsible for on-site stored materials. Materials are to be installed according to manufacturer's recommendations. Bidders are encouraged to visit the work site and become familiar with the location and conditions under which they will be obligated to work.
