Acting as the Construction Manager for the City of Omaha Millwork Parking Garage project in Omaha, NE, Sampson Construction invites you to submit a bid for Bid Package 4 - Construction Documents Package. The project includes construction of a new 5 story, 600 car parking garage with retail space on first floor. Bid Package 4 scope of work includes post-tension concrete structure, masonry, structural/misc. steel, precast/steel erection, carpentry, traffic coatings, water repellants, insulation, roofing, joint sealants, expansion joints, frames/doors/hardware, coiling door, drywall, tiling, flooring, painting, coatings, signage, specialties, striping, earthwork, fencing, site furnishings, landscaping, and irrigation.
