The work for Project A includes unclassified excavation (13,400 CY), granular borrow (22,000 CY), full depth reclamation (23,700 SY), base aggregate dense 1 inch (15,000 TON), bituminous pavement (5,700 TON), culvert installation (1,200 LF), remove and install fence (1,650 LF), striping (30,000 LF), signing (137 SF), and segmental retaining wall (600 SF). Project B includes unclassified excavation (7,730 CY), granular borrow (12,100 CY), full depth reclamation (13,035 SY), base aggregate dense 1 -inch (8,250 TON), bituminous pavement (2,700 TON), culvert installation (1,000 LF), remove and install fence (1,165 LF), striping (15,000 LF), signing (69 SF), and segmental retaining wall (600 SF). Only one of the two projects will be awarded, with selection based on alignment with the Town's budget. Bidders must submit a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid as a guarantee, to be forfeited if proper contract and bond are not executed within 15 days of award. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after opening. The project receives partial funding from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation LRIP.
