Site work for a civil project in Freeport, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project includes the installation of approximately one (1) Upper Floridan Aquifer Production Well, with an 18-inch diameter inner, at the new CR-3280 Elevated Storage Tank Facility in Walton County, Florida. The work includes but is not limited to well drilling, casing, grouting, developing, capacity testing, geophysical and video logs, disinfection, wellhead finish, and site cleanup. The well should be capable of a flow rate of 600 gpm without causing excessive drawdown. All materials must meet the American Iron and Steel and Build American Buy American Provisions. Federal labor standards and Davis-Bacon requirements apply to this project. Women-owned and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids, and contractors are encouraged to use minority and female-owned firms. The project has an expected duration of 90 days. All bidders must be registered plan holders and must obtain bid documents from Dewberry Engineers to be added to the plan holders list.
