Road Name: Ponce De Leon Maint - Shldr Rework Maintenance Limits: Midpoint Special Start Date: N/A Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 15 Days Description: The Improvements under this Work Document Driven Contract consist of reshaping ditches and reworking shoulders on various roadways in Walton County. These ditches are non-typical and should be re-graded to +/- 3 inches of the original flow line to create a free and unobstructed flow of drainage water. For the purposes of this contract, the original flow line is considered to be the linear projection along the ditch bottom between the invert elevations of immediately adjacent drainage structures. Spoil material removed from ditches and shoulders shall be relocated to FDOT storage pits in Argyle. Mobilization and Maintenance of Traffic are incidental to the pay items listed. The quantities shown on the Bid Price Proposal are approximate and only represent estimated planned requirements based on historical or specific project needs. The Department does not guarantee any maximum or minimum quantity, any range of quantities, or the exact quantities shown for each bid item. The Department estimated quantities and the Contractors bid price will be used to calculate a total bid amount. This total bid amount will then be used to determine the low bidder, however, actual payment under the awarded contract will be based on actual quantities completed.
