Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Sheffield Lk, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
**As of January 7, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work consists of the installation of two OR-Tec influent screens at the French Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. This project requires demolition of the existing equipment, electrical system, and concrete within the influent channel. Bidders must use the designated bid forms available from the French Creek WWTP office. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of an Ohio Statutory Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for not less than 100% of the bid price. All proposals must clearly identify the bid form and the insurance bid bond information. Evidence of previous experience with projects of similar size and complexity is required. All bids must be marked "French Creek WWTP Influent Screen Installation." Involved contractors and subcontractors are expected, to the extent practicable, to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rates is mandatory. All questions during bidding shall be emailed to ctimko@nridgeville,org.
