The City of Adrian is seeking proposals from professional tree care firms for the purpose of providing routine, ongoing tree maintenance practices. These include general tree trimming, nonemergency quick response tree trimming or removal, emergency/storm response tree trimming or removal, and routine removal of trees. It is the intent of this RFP to obtain hourly rates to apply to the above stated needs. In general, it is anticipated that the successful firm will provide approximately 720-960 crew hours annually for this contract. The contract will be for two years with the potential of an additional one year based on annual performance and if both parties agree on a rate. The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. The City of Adrian has a local preference policy.
