The project consists of the following trades/supplies: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical Concrete, Masonry, and Roofing Question Deadline 12/29/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions regarding this project shall be submitted electronically. Federal funds are being utilized for this project. Equal Employment requirements of Executive Order 11246 regarding discrimination, the CONTRACTOR must establish a 6.9% goal for female participation and a 1% goal for minority participation in his/her aggregate on-site construction workforce for contracts in excess of $10,000. A good faith effort must be made to meet the ACED M/W/DBE/VOSB contract goals of 13% MBE, 2% WBE, and 5% VOSBPARTICIPATION.
