Proposals are invited for High Speed Wide Area Network Services, WAN service to connect 17 school sites and the San Bernardino County Office of Ed. with Morongo unified School District Office. Each proposal must be in a sealed envelope marked with the project identification and submitted by the indicated deadline at the specified location. Proposals shall be in accordance with plans, specifications, and other contract documents prepared by the District. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or to waive any irregularities in proposals. The California Department of Industrial Relations' prevailing wage requirements apply, and vendors must submit certified payroll records to the Compliance Monitoring Union upon request. Prospective bidders must participate in the E-Rate program and provide a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and Federal Registration Number (FCC-FRN) with their proposal. Contractors may request to substitute eligible securities for any retention held to ensure performance, in accordance with applicable public contract laws. Each proposal must conform and be responsive to the contract documents and must be accompanied by the required supporting documents, which may include: Reference List, Pricing Summary, Proposal Form, Non-Collusion Declaration, Contractor's Certificate Regarding Workers' Compensation, Certification of Bidder and Qualifications, Criminal Background Investigation Certification, and Designation of Subcontractor form. An optional job walk is available for interested contractors, and it is contractors' responsibility to obtain all necessary measurements.
