The objective of this project is to add redundancy to CNCC's fiber network on the south side of its Rangely campus and add new uninterrupted power supplies (UPS) to all CNCC independent distribution frames (IDF). The State of Colorado, Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the South Campus Redundancy Upgrade project. Per C.R.S. 24-105-201 If the construction value is $50,000 or greater a Bid Bond and Power of Attorney or Proposal Guaranty is required in an amount not less than 5% of the total Bid. Per C.R.S. 38-26-106, if a contract amounts to $150,000 or more, the awarded contractor shall provide payment and performance bonds not less than 50% of the value of the contract. The costs associated with this bond are to be included in the contractor's bid. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 at 5:00 PM MT The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals on the basis of being unresponsive to this AFB or for failure to disclose requested information.
