Statements of Qualifications and Cost Proposals are requested for the removal and disposal of biosolids from wastewater facilities owned, operated, and/or contracted by the Authority. The general scope of work includes the removal and disposal of biosolids generated at the Ross Road WWTF, Short Fork WWTF, Johnson Creek WWTF, and/or other designated facilities by either dewatering and landfill disposal or liquid land application. Proposals must be in sealed envelopes, marked with specific wording, and state the name(s) of the Respondent. Proposers must include a proposal bond equal to 10% of the annual contract amount, a consent of surety agreeing to furnish a 100% performance bond if awarded, and a Certificate of Insurance showing coverage limits as outlined. Proposers must properly execute and submit all proposal forms. The Authority may request presentations from some Respondents before awarding the contract, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive informalities and irregularities in the selection process.
