Brooksville Ave to Main St (~810 ft) Oakland St -- Ft Dade Ave to Irene St (~515 ft) Beale St -- Zoller St to Pryor St (~436 ft) Mae View Cir (~137 ft), Wood Dr (~522 ft), Kings Cir (~215 ft) S Mildred Ave -- Daniel Ave to Lamar Ave (~530 ft) Contractor is responsible for field verification of all lengths/widths and materials; provide advance notices and maintain access. Construction time: 120 days from NTP. Mandatory Street Review: Bidder shall visit all listed streets before bidding to verify lengths/widths, tie-ins, drainage/utility needs, and propose treatment.
