Renovation of a water / sewer project in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Toledo DPU/Water Reclamation is requesting qualifications for a Progressive Design Build (PDB) project to renovate the Windermere Pumping Station. The scope of services includes replacement of bar screens, reconditioning or replacement of four pumps, motors, and VFD drives, replacement of elevator, architectural upgrades, HVAC improvements, replacement of valves, gates, new backup generator, and electrical, lighting and control upgrades. Bid submittals or other transmissions of information are only considered completed when an email confirmation of the transmission has been issued by PlanetBids. The following items will be required upon awarding the contract: Davis Bacon & State Prevailing Wage, Performance Bond and PLA, if applicable.
