NOTE to all bidders: Addendum(s) shall be signed by the Bidder and returned with the Bid Documents. Failure to do so will cause for rejection of the bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either a Bond in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the total bid drawn in favor of the City of Rocky River, or a consent of surety together with a certified or cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank made payable to the City of Rocky River in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as prescribed in Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. Complete "Turn-Key" installation of a new playground, including: - Removal of old equipment, footers, curbing, and surfacing - Installation of new 6x6 wood timber border system - Installation of engineered wood fiber - Installation of new playground equipment, including: o No fewer than three swing bays o At least two standalone elements o A main structure designed for ages 5-12 o 3-5 slides o Multiple elements of play (climb, balance, spin, etc.) o Deck heights up to 12 feet o ADA-accessible components Anticipated budget not to exceed $400,000.00 The City of Rocky River reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which is deemed in the best interest of the City.
