Don Umerley Civic Center Pool Dehumidification Unit Replacement Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either a Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid drawn in favor of the City of Rocky River, or a consent of surety together with a certified or cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank made payable to the City of Rocky River in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as prescribed in Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. Each proposal must contain the full name of party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. The City of Rocky River reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which is deemed in the best interest of the City
