The project entails the construction of a 6.1 million gallon CSO storage facility that will during wet weather events intercept the CSO flows before reaching the Rocky River. After the wet weather event and the WWTP is able to accept flows, the stored CSO water will then be diverted to the Lakewood WWTP for full treatment. The project includes a regulator structure, sewer lines below the Rocky River, a 6.1 MG tank, controls building, generator, and other appurtenances. Est.
