Lake Road / Old Detroit Road Intersection Catch Basin Installation Contractors will be required to pay prevailing wages on this contract in accordance with Sections 4115.03-4115.06 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either a Bond in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the total bid drawn in favor of the City of Rocky River, or a consent of surety together with a certified or cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in Cuyahoga County made payable to the City of Rocky River in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as prescribed in Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. Each proposal must contain the full name of party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each Proposer must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Each Proposer must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex or national origin. The City of Rocky River reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in e the bids received, and to accept any proposal which is deemed in the best interest of th City.
