Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Rocky River, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This project is funded in part through federal grants administered by the Ohio Department of Transportation and is subject to all applicable federal requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200 and 23 CFR Part 172. Selection of the consultant will follow a Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process in accordance with 23 CFR Part 172 and ORC 153.65153.71. These proposals must be based on specifications available at the office of the Director of Public Safety Service. Please email rsnyder@rockyriverohio.gov. The City of Rocky River reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal deemed in the best interest of the City. Selected Consultant will be authorized to proceed by October 13, 2025. Project Schedule Award Date: December, 2025 Notice to Proceed: March, 2026 Equal Opportunity Employer.
