Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project is for the Rehabilitation of Wells LWB-3, LWB-6, LWB-7, and LWB-14 in the Surficial Aquifer Production Well field located in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. Bids are solicited from responsible and experienced contractors for this well rehabilitation project. All bidders must have a Bidding System Vendor account, register as a Plan Taker, and ensure their bids are submitted in accordance with the city's requirements. Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope, properly marked with the bid number, title, and delivery specifics. Late submissions will not be accepted. The project encourages bidders to participate in a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit. All questions must be submitted in writing. Bid security of not less than five percent of the bidder's total price is required. The successful bidder is required to furnish a 100% Construction Performance Bond and a 100% Construction Payment Bond. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive non-material irregularities, re-advertise, or cancel the invitation for bid as deemed in the City's best interest.
