Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Auburn, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
** As of February 3, 2026, all bids were denied. No plans to rebid the project.** Sealed bids are being accepted for the Removal of Sunny Meadows Building Project. Each bid must include an executed Contractor's Bid for Public Work - Form 96 as prescribed by the State of Accounts, an Employment Eligibility Verification form, an Indiana Iran Investment Certification, and a completed Bid Form. Bidders are required to submit a cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Board of Commissioners of DeKalb County in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of their maximum bid. A payment bond and Performance Bond in the amount of 125% of the contract price and a Certificate of Insurance are also required. DeKalb County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any terms, conditions, provisions, informality, irregularity, or omission in any bid. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Board of Commissioners of DeKalb County, Auditor's office, 100 S. Main St, 2nd floor, Auburn IN, 46706.
