The project is expected to be awarded on Thursday’s nights Town Board meeting 02-12-2026.** The Town of Colonie invites bids for the 2025 Meeting Room Refresh at Town Hall, Project No. JB270. The scope includes refreshing the Main Meeting Room at the Town Hall. At contract execution, the successful bidder must provide performance and labor and materials bonds, and a payment bond, each equal to the full contract sum. Compliance with N.Y. Gen. Mun.
