Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade data center facility.
The project involves a renovation at the Communications Facility to provide a new campus data center with an estimated cost of $3,000,000. All projects with an estimated maximum allowable construction cost of one million dollars or more require a minimum 15% Apprenticeship Participation. Potential bidders must access Trimble Unity Construct's online bidding portal for all bid documents, questions, and addenda. Bids must be submitted electronically through this portal, and only bids submitted in this way will be accepted. Instructions for bidders include creating a new account on the Trimble Unity Construct portal if it is their first time, reviewing the bid package information, downloading documentation, sending questions to the bid manager, and submitting the bid.. iii. Outline steps are as follows: 1. Create an account (if first time using the bidding portal). 2. Review bid package information. 3. Download documentation. 4. Send questions to the bid manager. 5.
