This work is subject to prevailing wage rates as required on all public building service maintenance (janitorial) agreements. All submitted proposals must include one (1) original and one (1) digital copy. All proposals submitted shall be considered valid offers for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the proposal due date. All proposals become property of the Port of Bellingham and are subject to public disclosure laws per RCW 42.56. The Port of Bellingham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
