Renovation of a stadium in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Brown County Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Brown County, WI, is requesting removal and replacement of carpet in the following areas of the Resch Center located at the Resch Complex, 840 Armed Forces Drive, Green Bay, WI 54304. The Resch Center is seeking bids for new carpet on suite level which consists of 4 corridors Suite corridor map is attached for reference Project will consist of the following: Remove the old carpet from the corridors and dispose of properly Remove baseboard Remove old glue adhesive to acquire new bonding surface Install new carpet tiles with proper adhesion glue Install new carpet baseboard with proper adhesion glue Install new trim where needed (stairwell landings) door entrances etc. Capet tile to be no larger than 18 x 36 Carpet Baseboard color to be determined 4" in height both inside and outside walls to be included in bid The transition trim is black in color where needed Project may need to be done in phases due to building schedule availability Include elevators East and West for new carpet tiles Carpet brand is Philadelphia Commercial Interlace 54980 Color 00512 M/wbe's Are Encouraged to Participate in the Bid Process.
