Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This invitation is for the upgrade of the elevator in the Foster Building as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond, KY Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the project outlined in the event and attachments including all items indicated throughout the event. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Questions Due By: 12/4/2025 no later than 2:00PM EST - Submit via the Q&A Board within this solicitation event. Substantial Date for Completion: 120 days from stated start date on purchase order Final Date for Completion: 135 days from stated start date on purchase order Liquidated Damages: - $200 per day until Substantial Completion - $100 per day until Final Completion Bid bonds and performance bonds are required unless otherwise stated
