A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Hayward is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor who is specially trained, experienced, and competent to perform sewer manhole rehabilitation services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Quote (RFQ). Question Deadline 12/15/2025 at 4:00 PM PT Question Response Deadline: December 18, 2025, 4:00pm All communication from prospective proposers regarding this RFQ must be submitted online. Please submit each question SEPARATELY. Communication by telephone or in person will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to contract work with whomever and in whatever manner the City decides, to abandon the work entirely and to waive any informality or non-substantive irregularity as the interest of the City may require and to be the sole judge of selection process. The successful Proposer, simultaneously with the execution of the contract, shall furnish a Labor and Materials bond and a Performance bond in the amount of 110% of the contract price.
