This project includes the following upgrades: Base Bid: I. Redevelopment of Production Well 8-3 as per Technical Specifications, Pump Testing, and Reinstallation of Original Pumping Equipment. II. Development of Test Well TB-8-3R as per Technical Specifications and Pump Testing. Bidders are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27. This base bid work shall be completed within 90 calendar days of the date the contract is signed. Each supplemental bid item awarded shall increase substantial completion date by 14 days.
