Site work for a water / sewer project in Parsippany, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
This project includes the following upgrades: Base Bid: I. Redevelopment of Production Well 8-3 as per Technical Specifications, Pump Testing, and Reinstallation of Original Pumping Equipment. II. Development of Test Well TB-8-3R as per Technical Specifications and Pump Testing. Bidders are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27. This base bid work shall be completed within 90 calendar days of the date the contract is signed. Each supplemental bid item awarded shall increase substantial completion date by 14 days. Question Deadline 12/26/2025 A request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing, by fax to the Township Purchasing Agent at (973) 263-4377 The Township reserves the right to waive minor immaterial formalities and to reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable law. The principal work under this project includes, but is not limited to: The redevelopment of Parsippany-Troy Hills Water Department (PTHWD) Production Well 8-3 and Development of Test Well TB-8-3R, removal and reinstallation of original pumping equipment, pre- and post-redevelopment downhole video inspections, and pumping tests.
