This project involves obtaining a contract for Hazardous Waste and Materials Disposal services for the Environmental Health & Safety Department at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Services must be provided in compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations applicable to a large quantity generator (LQG) of hazardous waste. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the specified terms and conditions, including all attachments, addenda, and applicable requirements and specifications. This Request for Proposals is being issued to obtain a contract for Hazardous Waste and Materials Disposal services for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte's Environmental Health & Safety Department (EH&S). Services must be provided in compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations applicable to a large quantity generator (LQG) of hazardous waste. Question Deadline 12/17/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Provide Response to Questions State Friday, December 19, 2025 The Contract shall have an initial term of three (3) years, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date") , whichever is later.
