CLTWater requires consulting engineers for various on-call projects related to their infrastructure. These projects are typically small in scope and have immediate needs. Companies must be able to provide engineering design and construction services within 48 hours of notice. Selected consultants will be qualified for specific specialties, which include: industrial and commercial electrical engineering, analysis, generation, and distribution; water and wastewater conveyance systems analysis, modeling, planning, and engineering; water and wastewater treatment plant engineering; structural engineering; civil/site engineering; and building engineering (plumbing, HVAC, roofing systems, fire suppression systems, and architectural services). Work is assigned on a Task Order basis, with negotiated scopes and 'Not to Exceed' terms per order. Hourly rates within the contract may be adjusted annually. There is no guarantee that the full contract amount will be expended.
