Description: This project, located in Anne Arundel and Saint Mary's Counties, is for fine milling/milling, full and partial depth patching, and resurfacing asphalt pavements at District 5 State Highway facilities including the following: a) District 5 Annapolis Office and Shop Area located at 138 Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD. 21401, Anne Arundel County. b) District 5 Elms Yard Property located at 19644 Three Notch Road, Lexington Park MD,20653, Saint Mary's County. Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre-Bid Conference has not been scheduled for this Project County: Anne Arundel and St.Mary's Classification: C - $500,001 to $1,000,000 In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00. However, bids $100,000.00 and above will not be considered unless a Bid Security is submitted as outlined in the Invitation for Bids. Bid Security shall equal at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Also, the successful bidder will be required to supply Payment and Performance Bonds for all Contracts in excess of $100,000.00 The MDOT SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
