Renovation of an educational facility in Somerset, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for a roof renovation project involving the removal and replacement of a portion of the roof. The project location is Somerset County Technology Center. Contractors must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to review bid specifications and site conditions. All envelopes containing bid proposals must be sealed and clearly marked. Participating contractors are required to provide Criminal Background Checks, FBI Fingerprinting, and Child Abuse Clearances for all employees working on or around the property. All applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations apply. The character and amount of security to be furnished by each bidder are specified in the contract documents. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any informality, omission, defect, irregularity, or disqualifying error in any bid.
