**As of January 16, 2026 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 28, 2026.** Lincoln County School District will be utilizing a Construction Manager/general Contractor (CM/GC) process for the seismic retrofit of the existing Yaquina View Elementary School for Phase II of the project. All interested contractors are required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at the school site, which includes a familiarization tour of the building. Construction costs for this project shall not exceed $2,028,260. Proposals are to be submitted by the specified deadline. Copies of the Request for Proposal are available in person or by email from the district's facilities and maintenance office.
