Renovation of an office development in Newport, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

The project consists of re-roofing Building A at the CLPUD NOC (Northern Operations Center). Bids must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a Surety Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check in favor of Central Lincoln PUD, amounting to not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. Bidders are required to submit information regarding first-tier subcontractors furnishing labor or labor and materials as specified by ORS 279C.370. Bids for which required disclosure forms are not submitted will be rejected. No bid will be considered unless the Bidder is registered with the Construction Contractors Board or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board at the time the Bid is made. For all bids of $100,000 or greater, a public works bond of $30,000 must be filed with the Construction Contractors' Board before starting work, unless exempt. Each bid must include a statement indicating if the Bidder is a "resident bidder" as defined in ORS 279A.120, and a statement agreeing to comply with the provisions regarding payment of prevailing wages. Contractors must certify nondiscrimination in obtaining subcontractors, in accordance with ORS 279A.110(4). Central Lincoln PUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids not in compliance, postpone award of the contract for up to sixty days, waive informalities, and select the bid in the best interest of the District.
