Bids must be submitted to Oregon Buys at Oregonbuys.gov by the specified deadline in accordance with the bid documents. Late bids will not be accepted. Prospective bidders are requested to register with Oregon Buys as an 'Interested Supplier' for this solicitation. The contract is for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 and is funded in whole or in part by local funds and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Community Grant.
