Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Auburn, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Construction and completion of a new potable water supply system for PCWA Hell Hole cottages, dormitory, worker campground, and USFS boat launch parking lot including, but not limited to, the following: construction of building site pad, gravel access roadway, and prefabricated concrete well building. Installation of new vertical water well, water storage tank, pressure tank, power supply, electrical, telemetry, controls, and piping/mechanical systems. Install new waterlines (approximately 2,900 linear feet total), valves, USFS spigot, and supporting components for new water supply distribution system. Restore asphalt pavement, stabilize, and mulch disturbed soil areas. A Bid Guaranty in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate of the bid, including all Additive and/or Alternate Bid Items shall accompany each bid. This Bid Guaranty is to be forfeited should the Bidder, if awarded the contract, fail to enter into the same, or fails to furnish the bonds and/or proof of insurance as stipulated in the Contract Documents. The checks or bond shall be made payable to the Owner. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish both a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price. The Owner reserves the right to award the Contract, to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive or conditional Bids.
