Placer County is seeking bids for furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, tax, transportation, and other means of construction necessary for annual asphalt paving services. The work includes the transportation, delivery, and application of hot mix asphalt and asphalt concrete to pave, patch, crack seal, and slurry seal various roadways, parking areas, and other areas throughout Placer County. The contract will be awarded for an initial one-year period with the potential for year-to-year renewal at the County’s option. The maximum annual contract value is estimated at nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000.00). Bidders must possess a valid C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractor’s License or Class 'A' General Engineering Contractor’s License issued by the State of California. The work is subject to payment of not less than prevailing wages under Labor Code Section 1770 et seq. Bid submissions must be made online only.
