In accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Stantec, the Work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment and services for the construction and completion of picnic area improvements, site furnishings, trails, paved entry road and parking lot, drainage improvements, boat launch access ramp and gravel parking area, barrier rocks, and signage. Existing improvements to be protected in place include a concrete vault toilet structure, drainage culvert, and picnic sites. The Work will be performed at the following location: Ralston Picnic Area and Sediment Removal Boat Launch (near Ralston Powerhouse), Tahoe National Forest & Eldorado National Forest, Placer County, CA.
